From now until the end of the year ACE has suspended the 10% cancellation refund fee on monthly and 20-ride tickets.  In the interview with Leila Menor below, she talks about the temporary suspension of this fee.  With the uncertain economic work environment, we want you to be able to purchase your ticket with confidence and know that if you are affected by the current times, that you will receive a refund with no cancellation fee.  This will be in affect until December 31, 2009.  If you have any questions please contact Hubert Hanrahan, ACE Business Development.
